We enjoyed a lovely stay in this city. The hotel's location was very convenient, close to the town centre which made it easy to explore. Additionally, it was also very close to the beach, which made for a relaxing afternoon. We found the breakfast to be great as well, with plenty of choices to start our day. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our whole stay.
Nothing negative to say.

Location was good, with short walk to the town and beach. Pool was ideal to lounge round, catching the sun all day and beds were plentiful. Poolside bar and staff there were good too.good to have free onsite parking too though it did seem to get very full.
The room was disappointing on arrival because although we paid extra for an upgrade, the room had only a tiny balcony (pretty unusable)and no view over the town or main part of the bay. The room was also quite bare and there was certainly no sign of any "luxury". To be fair though it was very clean and very spacious. The hotel seemed to cater towards Italian guests who were on half or full board and so the staff seemed not particularly friendly towards us as the only English there. None of the tourist information in the hotel was in English and having stayed in Diano Marina many times before, in more comfortable hotels, we do not think the hotel deserves its star rating

We had a wonderful stay at a lovely hotel located near the beach. Our room was clean and modern with a spacious bathroom and a balcony overlooking the sea. the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, arranging shuttle buses to the beach for us every day. Breakfast was a great start to our day with plenty of options. We loved exploring the nearby town center and the castle of Cerno, just a short walk away.
The hotel is located close to a busy main road, which could be noisy at times, but we didn't find it to be a major issue.

New hotel, excellent value for money.
Staff were helpful but not very cheerful. Room quite small for a 4 star hotel. Fair walk into town and to restaurants.

We spent our Easter holidays in a hotel located in a natural bay on the west coast of Ligur Sea. The crystal clear water was perfect for swimming and there were plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas available. The hotel offered a fantastic shuttle service to and from the beach and the location offered breathtaking views of the sea. the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.
That our room did not have proper sun shading, which made it quite hot during the day. However, this was a minor issue and did not detract from our overall positive experience.

During my business trip, I had a great experience at a hotel with stunning views and a convenient location. the rooms were clean, and I enjoyed the free parking and access to a pool area. the hotel also offered a shuttle bus service for easy transportation around the area.
The hotel's breakfast options were limited, and the quality of the coffee was not great. the hotel's location on a steep hill made it difficult to walk to and from town, but the shuttle bus service did help alleviate this issue.
